Today is Sunday...

As I see the orders coming from hungry people and going through Netwaiter I would say the favourite today is ... chinese.
China Silk is a good one. They like it.
All the popular chicken, duck, pork and prawn snacks.
Usually 40 min and the food is at the door.
Spending a tenner is a minimum, but I like it.

Maida Indian Eatery - with new Indo-Chinese menu

Our great partner has just added some new Indo-Chinese meals to the menu.

From the menu about the Indian meals:

"the name mai’da is pronounced as maa-e-da, and simply means dining table or banquet. our cuisine is truly Indian, with a real emphasis on using the freshest ingredients and reducing wastage. a passion for cooking combined with attention to detail means we do not use frozen meat or poultry and our fish is from sustainable sources. mindful of our environmental responsibility, our ingredients are from local suppliers and of English origin.

also at mai’da, like in India, we do not use artificial food colourings or flavour enhancers in our dishes. rather we meticulously combine various spices and vegetables to bring forth vivid colours and unique flavours to our menu. food is prepared afresh and not a permutation of base sauces. a far cry from the generic curry houses of today’s Britain."

Thai food is not only healthy but also ideal as both a snack or a formal meal.
They serve a range of Thai favourites on their menu and all their food is freshly prepared on the premises.
The one caught my attention is the Weeping Tiger...huh..lets have a look at it: 8oz sirloin steak char grilled and sliced, flamed with rice wine, accompanied with a spicy dipping sauce...for Ł10.95
I am really curious if there is someone brave enough to try it....
